# Voice & SMS in France

> Sell voice & SMS enabled eSIMs with French local phone numbers

On Bondio, you can now sell voice & SMS enabled eSIMs with French local phone numbers to your customers without any extra effort on your side. All you need to do is:

1. Create a voice plan
2. Have voice eSIMs in your inventory

Then, with the same APIs, you can provision and sell voice-enabled eSIMs to your customers.

    * Unlimited incoming and outgoing voice calls within France to regular (non-premium) phone numbers
    * Unlimited incoming and outgoing SMS within France to regular (non-premium) phone numbers
    * Data as configured with the plan

    * International (outside France) calls & SMS, both incoming and outgoing, are not allowed
    * VoLTE, VoWiFi, MMS, Visual Voicemail, and SMS A2P are not supported

    * One-time cost: \$0.50 / eSIM
    * Monthly active cost: as given in your account

  <Accordion title="How do I create a voice plan?">
    1. Go to the plans page and click **New plan**
    2. Enter `name`, `data` & `validity` as per your requirements. For `coverage`, choose **France (voice)** as the plan coverage
    3. Click **Create Plan**

  <Accordion title="Do I need to do a KYC (Know Your Customer) check?">
    No, KYC is not required if the voice eSIM is used for 30 days or less. In case of any further usage, the reseller is responsible for doing the KYC.

    1. Go to the eSIM order page
    2. Click **New Order**
    3. Select the quantity for **Chi eSIM (Voice Data SMS)**
    4. Click **Pay Now**

  <Accordion title="What is the delivery timeline of voice eSIMs?">
    In the worst case, it can take up to 5 working days to deliver voice-enabled eSIMs.
